Workplace Therapies on-site massage is a meridian based therapy. We use thumb, finger, elbow and knuckle pressure to work muscles and stimulate many of the acupressure points on the 12 major meridians accessible on the back, arms, hands, neck and head. Massage stimulates the circulatory, muscular, nervous, immune and lymphatic systems and promotes the release of endorphins and important mood-regulating neurotransmitters, leaving you and your workforce feeling bright as buttons with increased concentration and energy.
In-house Coaching
Our corporate training is tailored to company needs. A wide range of topics offered from Stress audits and advice to courses in nutrition, managing pressure, time management and
creative techniques such as mind mapping and speed reading.
Health Awareness Days
Combining a number of services, including Health Screening, therapies and fitness, our roadshow team cover the whole of the UK providing wellbeing services, health talks including, Wellman, Wellwoman, Posture, Travel and Lifestyle workshops.
