 Dr Emma Parry is a Research Fellow in the Human Resource
Research Centre (HRRC) at Cranfield School of Management.
Her research interests include recruitment and selection,
particularly the use of the internet for recruitment and
selection, the use of technology in HR, age discrimination at
work, talent management and international HRM.

 Donna Miller, Human Resources Director of European
Operations for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, oversees all aspects of
people development for Enterprise in the United Kingdom,
Ireland and Germany, which includes more than 4,700
employees. In her 18 years with the company, she has been
instrumental in the recruitment growth for Enterprise.

Thomas Schilling
 Thomas Schilling is currently Head of HR Shared Services at
Christian Salvesen. He set up the HR Shared Services function
in 2006 and as part of the services the department offered
recruitment services to the group. Thomas was responsible for
establishing and managing the RPO function.
