Meena Anand

Meena Anand is an experienced global HR professional with strong expertise in learning and development and the successful management of talented individuals.   Currently she heads up the Organisation Learning and HR Service Delivery streams for the recent Standard Chartered acquisition of the Transaction Banking and Private Banking businesses of American Express. This role covers everything from ensuring continual engagement of both American Express and Standard Chartered employees to integrating payroll activities across 47 markets! In the past Meena has successfully held global learning and development positions at Barclays and UBS respectively .
