Day One - Wednesday 14th March
Designing, communicating and implementing a flexible benefits scheme is an HR headache if you don't have up-to-date information and expert advice on which strategies work the best. This programme will examine why flex makes good business sense for employers and how to help employees make the most of their benefit options. A wealth of employer of choice case study speakers will share their experiences on which methods bring success and how to avoid and solve problems. Day One looks in detail at how to survey your employees' needs and answers the question "How do I communicate flex to the workforce?". We will look at how flex fits into different organisational cultures, including the public sector, and examine the link between flex, engagement and retention.

Day Two - Thursday 15th March
Implementing a flexible benefits scheme is a major undertaking with payroll, IT, legal, HR as well as product supplier issues coming into play. Successful coordination is essential to ensure you offer the best flex package to your workforce and deliver positive ROI to your organisation. Day Two will profile evaluating flexible benefits and examine how alternative salary sacrifice schemes can still be "flexible". We will explore how to use flex as an HR strategy tool during a merger and how to address employee well-being and diversity through your benefits scheme. Interactive workshops offer delegates the chance to discuss with experts any issues of concern regarding payroll, tax, legal implications and choosing and renewing benefit options.
