Update on the 2007 DTI Dispute Resolution Policy Review

The latest DTI review of the options for simplifying and improving all aspects of employment dispute resolution, being conducted in the spring of 2007, will result in considerable changes for employers, trade unions, lawyers and other parties involved in dispute resolution in the workplace.

With over 100,000 workplace disputes going to tribunal in 2005/06, having the procedures in place to resolve workplace disputes at an early stage reduces stress for staff and saves employers considerable time and money.
