Deedee Doke is Editor of Recruiter Magazine and of the just-launched
Resourcing publication. Before joining Recruiter in 2005, she held the
editorships of Employers’ Law and Global HR. DeeDee has also written on
HR and recruitment issues for the Sunday Times, the Daily Telegraph, The
Guardian, Guardian Unlimited and the Financial Times.

Jacqueline Vigne, Talent Acquisition Manager for BT, is responsible for developing the talent acquisition strategy for the Group which directly contributes to the success of one of the world's leading communications companies.
She has been responsible for transforming the undergraduate, graduate and MBA talent entry streams in this dynamic company, to deliver co-ordinated, diverse and integrated approach to talent acquisition that fulfils strategic business need.
This has included redesign of BT's Graduate Development Programme driven by function in response to business requirements and as an enabler to graduates demonstrating a broader more complex skill set early on in their careers.
A key part of this has been to identify, evaluate and import existing best HR practice around the talent acquisition agenda, leveraging BT's strategic partnerships, associates and other relationships.

Carl Gilleard is the Chief Executive for the Association of Graduate Recruiters. Before being appointed to this position in
1998 he was the Executive Director for METRA Services Ltd, a
national recruitment consultancy charged with improving the
recruitment and retention of graduates into local government.
Nicole Hörl is the Graduate Development Manager for Hilton
UK, Ireland and Europe. She is responsible for Hilton’s
Graduate Recruitment and Development and she manages the
Elevator Programme, which is Hiltons award winning fast track
graduate scheme.
Donna Miller is the Human Resources Director of European Operations for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. She began her career at
Enterprise in the company’s management training program,
where she worked with customers at a rental branch in the
Southern California region. Donna sits on the board of the
Association of Graduate Recruiters.
Derek Osborn is a Fellow of the CIPD and Co-Chair of the CIPD Forum on Counselling and Career Development. He has extensive experience in recruiting graduates, and has worked with companies including Royal and Sun Alliance, UK Atomic Energy Authority and the NHS Management Trainee Scheme. He is also International President of the Association of Career Professionals (ACP). As a career coach he has been delivering career development workshops and training career coaches for over 12 years, w it h groups of managers and graduates in different industry sectors in the UK , but also in Australia , Argentina and Singapore!
Pauline McDonald is Head of Careers at Swansea University.
Pauline promotes self directed learning opportunities for
students to fit with the expectations of the labour market in
the 21st Century, and argues that graduate recruiters and
educational providers have much to learn and share.
Sheila Lewis is the Senior Learning and Development
Consultant for Essex County Council. She is responsible for
graduate recruitment for the council. Sheila is the co-ordinator
for the Essex Fast Track Management Programme which she
has been involved with since it began 6 years ago.
Malcolm Craig is responsible for the day-to-day running of the
first national management development programme in local
government – the ngdp. He has over 20 years experience in
recruitment, people development and programme/project
management in the recruitment advertising sector.
