Mark Pittaway
Mark Pittaway is an OD and learning technologies
specialist. He has advised both public and private sector
organisations on their learning and blended learning
strategies and effective implementation planning. He was
also involved in the design of BT's corporate e-learning
venture, and advised on the bespoke learning platform
designs for some of BT's leading customers.

Joanne Brown
Joanne Brown has been involved in Learning and
Development/Management Development since 1990.
She is now the Group Management Development
Manager for William Hill. AtWilliam Hill Jo, along with her
team, is responsible for the leadership and management
development of the Executive Directors, senior and
middle managers. Since joining the organisation she has designed,
developed and implemented the performance management process.
Now that performance management is ‘up and running’ in the
organisation Jo is now using it as the basis for a new talent pool and
succession process for the management population.

Isabelle Hung
Isabelle Hung is responsible for all UK resourcing
activities, both in sales and business functions. She
joined Yell in October 2005 and leads a team of 20.
Before joining Yell, Isabelle was UK Recruitment Manager
at Monster Worldwide, responsible for Monster.co.uk and
TMP Worldwide UK resourcing.

David Povey
David Povey joined Co-operative Financial Services in
1993 and has undertaken various roles and projects
across HR, Property & Facilities and Procurement over
that time. The HR Business Excellence team was set up in
July 2006 and the team have recently been short-listed
for the 2007 Personnel Today HR Measurement Award.
They have also been invited to join the CIPD Human Capital panel in
early 2008.

Laura Wilson
Laura Wilson isManager of Performance and Engagement
at Standard Chartered Bank. She is responsible for
performance management and the Bank’s approach to
measuring employee engagement. Laura is also
responsible for developing and evolving the Bank’s
approach to measuring human capital to understand, track and report
the contribution and potential of people. This involves the generation of
the Bank’s Human Capital Scorecards, projections and data modelling.

Shaunagh Harvey-Kelly
Shaunagh Harvey-Kelly has had 20 years experience
working in Industry both in Operational roles and in HR.
Her industry experience has been gained in both the
Retail and Telecoms sectors. Shaunagh’s remit includes
Design and implementation of bonus schemes and
employee recognition schemes at all levels, implementation of reward
communication including design and communication of employee
benefits and tax efficient schemes and design of pay structures linked to
external benchmarking

Jim Butcher
Jim Butcher is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development and has worked for the
Ministry of Defence since 1967. He has had a range of
jobs in Human Resources during his career including
personnel management, pay negotiations and working
on secondment to NATO in a multi-national HR team. For
the last few years he has been working on talentmanagement
within the MOD.

Angela Baron
Angela Baron has been CIPD Adviser, Employee
Resourcing, for seventeen years and in that time has
been responsible for major projects investigating total
quality, HR strategy the relationship between HR and
business performance and most recently human capital
management. Angela has recently produced a book
jointly authored with Michael Armstrong, titled Human Capital
Management - achieving added value through people.

Paul Aldrich is a Partner and member of the Financial

Carrie Forster
Carrie Forster is People Development Manager - Northern Europe for Aggreko plc. She is responsible for setting the Performance Management, Learning and Development and Talent Management Strategy within Aggreko Northern Europe. Working closely with the HR Partners, Carrie oversees the implementation of the people development roadmap and is responsible for reporting back return on investment to the business.
