Stress Management Society
The Society was formed by a number of professionals, highly experienced in the field of well-being and quality of life. We know from our professional experience that stress can be tackled in a number of ways. Some methods are traditional, such as a good diet and a sound night's sleep. And some are more innovative, such as yoga, massage, hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming and drumming. We offer a range of products and services for those who want to take action.
