We will present you with case studies and workshops with industry experts, as well as up to date legal advice and an Interactive Q&A Session to answer all your Points Based System queries. Added to this, hear insights into the Conservative Party’s future plans from Shadow Minister for Immigration Damian Green. The introduction of the Points Based System saw the most significant shake up to immigration law for almost 50 years and leading organisations are now really getting to grips with their responsibilities, just in time for a potential surge in recruitment as the economy picks up. Now is the time to assess your immigration, recruitment and vetting procedures and prepare for a successful 2010.
